How our referral process works

Referring a family to Blossom is how local professionals like midwives, health visitors, and teachers can request support for those in need. These families often face challenging situations and need a helping hand.

By working together, Harrow's local professionals ensure that families receive the best care tailored to their unique needs, promoting their overall wellbeing.

Please note, this form is for professionals. Referrals sent from personal emails (Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) won’t be processed here. To self-refer to our service please click here

Make sure to complete all fields in the online form to avoid any delays. We aim to acknowledge all requests within two working days. Referrals can also be made via the JOY platform.

We offer an array of services designed to support families at every stage of their parenthood journey:

1. Baby Bank & Family Shop: Our Baby Bank provides essential items for babies and children up to one year old to families facing financial challenges, helping ensure little ones have the supplies they need for a safe and comfortable start in life. Please note that we are unable to provide items for older children.

2. In-person sessions:   We are pleased to welcome families to our programme of early years sessions, delivered at central venues across Harrow. To view our current offer, please visit www.blossomantenatal.com and select the Blossom Hubs tab, followed by Harrow. These sessions are designed to support children and parents/carers in achieving the best possible start. Our programme includes Breakfast with Baby, Sling Meet and Library, Baby Massage, and Afghan ESOL classes.

3. Online classes: Our online classes are there to support you and provide evidence-based information during the antenatal and postnatal period. Book at www.blossomantental.com
