There are many catalysts for change during our twenties, thirties and beyond—particularly if you’ve been living through a global pandemic—and we find ourselves re-evaluating our whole lives. Having babies is another one. We know that many of you are looking for a completely different future which allows you to balance your baby with work that means something.

Would you like to work with expectant families supporting them on their journey into new parenthood?
We are now interviewing for our next cohort of Blossom Antenatal and Early Postnatal Educators.
Are you looking for work that works for you? Something that actually fits flexibly around family life? Are you passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy and the early postnatal period? Perhaps you’re a yoga teacher or a doula and are thinking about different ways to add additional income supporting expectant parents. Maybe your birth experience has made you want to make a difference in the world. Or you’re on maternity leave or a career break and dreading the return to the traditional nine to five. Maybe you’re just looking for a new challenge.
Our year-long course will train you to become a Blossom Antenatal and Early Postnatal Educator, providing evidence-based, scientific and non-judgmental education to new parents.
Upon completion you’ll be able to teach expectant parents about birth and early parenting, providing the essential education and support they need as they become new parents.
What you’ll learn:
Our training will enable you to work confidently and compassionately with women and their families. You’ll be able to hold in-person classes, providing a nurturing and rewarding working opportunity for you. You’ll help parents with the transition to parenthood ensuring that they enter this new phase of their lives with confidence and prepared for what lies ahead.
How you’ll learn:
With a small cohort you’ll have a group of contemporaries to train alongside and regular contact with our expert tutors. With live classes held over Zoom (as is the Blossom way!) there’s plenty of time for questions and personal attention as needed.
We know that life is busy and there is time built in to allow for sessions which may have been missed due to illness or family.
Our remote learning will allow people to interact easily and attend our UK based classes without costly travel, making this super easy for those of you on maternity leave, looking at your next career move.
The majority of our training takes place over Zoom allowing for maximum flexibility, but we also include a residential weekend to consolidate the learning and teaching practice and give you a chance to immerse yourself in learning.
